Shahrel Fikri learned to play football with Perak FA President and Youth . He signed his first contract in 2016 with PKNP FC in Ipoh . The club played in the Malaysia FAM League, the country's third division. In 2016, the club became champions and rose to the second division, the Malaysia Premier League . Shahrel Fikri was the club's top scorer with 20 goals. In 2017 they finished third and the club rose to the first division, the Malaysia Super League . He was also the club's top scorer that season with eleven goals. In mid-2018 he was loaned to Thailand . Here he played for the first division club Nakhon Ratchasima FC in the Thai League . He was ranked ten times for the club and scored one goal. From the beginning of 2019 to the end of 2019 he was loaned to Perak FA . The club played in the Malaysia Super League and is based in the city of Ipoh.
