Shane Brennan
Shane Brennan (* 1957 in Bendigo , Victoria ) is an Australian screenwriter and producer .
Career
Shane Brennan received an AFI Award in 1987 for Best Mini Series Screenplay in the Australian miniseries In Between , the screenplay of which he co-wrote. In 1999 he wrote the script for the film Witch Hunt . Brennan also wrote episodes of a few other series, including CSI: Miami and McLeod's Daughters .
Brennan mainly writes for the American television series Navy CIS . Since the 5th season of this series, he has also been a producer and developed the spin-off Navy CIS: LA Brennan also works as a showrunner there. In 2011 he extended his contract with Columbia Broadcasting System for an eight-figure sum for another three years.
