Sharia4Belgium

Sharia4Belgium was an Islamist organization founded in Belgium in 2010 that belonged to radical Salafism . Your spokesman was Fouad Belkacem aka Abu Imran. The organization wanted to reform Belgium and turn it into an Islamic state . On October 7, 2012 the organization was dissolved.

Fouad Belkacem spoke out in favor of the death penalty for homosexuals and publicly prayed for Osama bin Laden . At the beginning of April 2010, Interior Minister Annemie Turtelboom ordered an observation of the web activities of the organization, whereupon the provider took the web site of the organization offline. However, it reappeared on the Internet. In 2011 the organization said the death of the politician Marie-Rose Morel of the right-wing populist Vlaams Belang was a just punishment from Allah .

Belkacem is assigned a key role in sending young Muslims to fight in the IS and Al-Nusra Front organizations .

Fouad Belkacem was sentenced in 2015 by a court in Antwerp to twelve years' imprisonment for allegedly radicalizing young people in preparation for an armed Salafist struggle.
