Paul Stradner

Paul Stradner (born June 23, 1981 in Graz ) is an Austrian chef .

Career

After training in Graz , Stradner moved to Harald Wohlfahrt in the three-star restaurant Traube Tonbach in Baiersbronn after two positions in Maria Wörth and Lech am Arlberg . In 2009 he went to the three-star restaurant L'Arnsbourg to Jean-Georges Klein in Baerenthal in France .

From August 2012 he was head chef in the Brenners Park Restaurant in the Brenners Park Hotel in Baden-Baden , which was awarded two stars in the 2015 Michelin Guide .

Since autumn 2017 he has been head chef together with Jean-Georges Klein at the Villa René Lalique restaurant , with whom he had worked five years earlier.
