The Sheridan Bluff is a cliff in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Maud Mountains , it rises 3 km east-southeast of Mount Saltonstall on the southern flank of the mouth of the Poulter Glacier in the Scott Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy in the years from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names is named after the geologist Michael F. Sheridan from Arizona State University , who from 1978 to 1979 worked in the area under the United States Antarctic Research Program .
