Sherine Shaaban Ahmed Hussein (born January 1, 2000 ) is an Egyptian javelin thrower .

Athletic career

Sherine Hussein gained her first international experience at the 2018 Arab U20 Championships in Amman , where she won the gold medal with a width of 48.54 m. The following year, she won the silver medal behind her compatriot Salma Shamseldin at the Arab Championships in Cairo with 47.13 m . At the Junior African Championships in Abidjan she came fourth with 45.58 m and at the African Games in Rabat she was eighth with 47.33 m.

In 2019, Hussein became the Egyptian javelin champion.
