Shin'ichi Sakamoto

Shin'ichi Sakamoto (born 1972 in Osaka ) is a Japanese cartoonist . In 1990 he was awarded the H * S Prize by the Japanese manga magazine Shōnen Jump . With the manga Bloody Soldier from 1995 Sakamoto took up his work as a mangaka for the Shōnen Jump magazine. In 2013 he started the Innocent series , in which he met the executioner Charles-Henri Sanson, who killed Louis XVI. beheaded, put in the spotlight, and which also appeared in German .
