Shin Yung-kyoo ( 신영규 ; * the 30th March 1942 ) is a former North Korean soccer players . With the national team of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea , he took part in the 1966 World Cup in England ; Shin Yung-kyoo with the shirt number “3” played all four games against the Soviet Union , Chile , Italy (each group stage) and Portugal (quarter-finals). In 1966 he was under contract with the Moranbong sports group . In addition, the 174 centimeter tall defender was used in a World Cup qualifier against Australia in 1965 .
Shin Yung-kyoo did not appear in the documentary The Game of Their Lives in October 2002 .
