Shirley Bonne
Shirley Bonne (actually Shirley Mae Tanner ; born May 22, 1934 in Inglewood , California ) is a former American actress and model . She is best known for her role Eileen Sherwood on the sitcom My Sister Eileen , which aired from 1960 to 1961.
Life
Bonne made her first television appearance in 1955 on the series The People's Choice . This was followed by other appearances in television series, such as in The Bob Cummings Show (1955-1958), My Sister Eileen (1960-1961) in which she plays Eileen Sherwood, Raumschiff Enterprise (1966), Bonanza (1967), Sweet, but A Little Crazy (1966–1967), Mannix (1968), and Charming Jeannie (1967, 1970).
Films she starred in include It's Alive! (1969) and The Secret of the Doll (1969).
Bonne married early and had two children at the age of 21. She was a two-time cover girl for Pageant magazine and modeled in New York City in the late 1950s . It appeared around four hundred times on magazine covers. After divorcing her first husband, she appeared in public with Frank Sinatra , but married Ronald Herbert Freemond in 1958. In 1962 Bonne and Freemond had a daughter. In October 1973 they got divorced. Ten years later she married Ronald Dean Gilbreath in San Francisco .
