Sibouli Ravine (Eng. Sibouli-Sturzbach / Schlucht) is a brook on the northern tip of Dominica . It rises in the area of the Grand Fond in the Parish Saint Andrew and plunges into the Caribbean Sea after a few hundred meters on the steep north coast .
It rises from the same catchment area as the Desgras Balata River, which flows further east .
