The Siebenberge (Czech, synonymous: Sedmihoří ) are a small mountain range near Mirikau ( Mířkov ) between Bischofsteinitz ( Horšovský Týn ) and Haid ( Bor u Tachova ), western Bohemia . The Seven Mountains are protected as a nature reserve Přírodní park Sedmihoří , which can be explored on a nature trail. The stone U Ručiček reminds of a verse

The predominantly forested area of the mountain consists of a depression that is open to the east towards Messhals ( Mezholezy ) and is surrounded by a ring of eleven peaks in the other directions. The highest peaks are the Ratzau mountain ( Racovský vrch , 619 m) and the Chlum mountain (609 m). The mountains were formed as part of a pluton about 300 million years ago as part of the Variscan orogeny .

The mountains, in clockwise direction, are Ranzlberg ( Maly Křakovský vrch ), Krakauerberg ( Křakovský vrch ), Weiherberg ( Rybniči vrch ), Sandberg ( Píseccný vrch ), Gabelberg ( Rozsocha ), Lohberg ( Třislovec ), and Ratzauer Berg -Berg, Schafberg, and Stritzelberg ( Nad Myslivnou ). The shadow mountain ( Stinný vrch ) and the Arbesberg ( Jedlový vrch ) lie in the interior of the district . The mountains are made of granite rock. The municipal forest ( Semneevický les ), Kirchenwald and Schwarling forest east of Messhals are also counted among the Siebenbergen.

A well-known monument in the Siebenbergen is the memorial stone U ručiček (At the hands). The stone has two hands carved in stone, the word REN, i.e. H. Rendezvous or meeting, the year 1768, the inscription "Welcome" and the names of mostly German-Bohemian farmers carved in stone . The stone commemorates the clarification of disputes between farmers and is a popular place for guests of the region.
