The infirmary chapel in Balingen , the district town of the Zollernalb district in Baden-Württemberg , was built according to a dendrochronological study in 1427/28. The chapel at Tübinger Straße 48, which was first mentioned in a document in 1440, is a protected cultural monument .

The stucco building on a rectangular ground plan with pointed arch portal and gable rider belonged to a hospice where lepers that have been secreted by the population lived.

The Orthodox parish has been using the chapel for mass since 2012.
