Siegfried Klaue
Siegfried Klaue (born June 10, 1931 in Medessen ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
Klaue studied law in Berlin and Mainz . In Berlin he joined the Prussian Landsmannschaft . In Mainz he was awarded a Dr. iur. PhD . After initially heading the working staff for the press commission of the German Bundestag , he worked in various functions at the Federal Cartel Office from 1958 to 1991 . Klaue is honorary professor at the Free University of Berlin and author of numerous publications in the field of German and European competition law , energy law and theEuropean law .
