Siegfried Pachale
Siegfried Pachale (born October 24, 1949 in Elsterwerda ) is a former German discus thrower who competed for the GDR .
At the European Athletics Cup 1973 in Edinburgh he was second, at the European Athletics Championships 1974 in Rome fourth and at the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal fifth.
In 1973 he was GDR champion in discus throw . His personal best of 67.54 m he set on June 11, 1976 in Westwood .
Siegfried Pachale started for SC Cottbus .
His daughters Hanka Durante and Maja Pachale were successful as volleyball players.
