Siegfried Bull

Siegfried Stier (* 1959 in Breisach ; † August 17, 2003 in Berlin ) was a German chef.

Career

Stier completed his training with Franz Keller in Oberbergen , where his future business partner Christian Thomasow also did his culinary training. He then worked at the Beaujolais and Roger Vergé in Cannes .

He moved to the "Eichhalde" restaurant in Freiburg im Breisgau as head chef . In 1980 he went to Henry Levy's restaurant "Maitre". In June 1985 he opened the "Trio" restaurant together with Christian Thomasow.

In 2003, Taurus suffocated on a piece of meat a few days before his 44th birthday.
