Sieglinde Seele (* 1942 in Breslau ) is a German monument researcher who scientifically recorded, described and cataloged all the monuments in honor of Otto von Bismarck around the world .

Since 1985 she and her husband Dr. Wolfgang Seele has hundreds of Bismarck monuments . In addition to the Bismarck towers , it recorded and documented all statues , busts , fountains , memorial stones and other honors of the Chancellor. Through extensive research in the literature about Bismarck honors, in archives, old travel guides and maps, she discovered numerous previously only locally known Bismarck monuments.

In 1994 she did important preparatory work for the catalog raisonné for the book about the architect Wilhelm Kreis by Winfried Nerdinger and Ekkehard Mai . In 1997 she and Günter Kloss wrote a detailed and illustrated reference work in which all the Bismarck towers and columns are cataloged and documented. In 2005 she expanded her first Bismarck Tower compendium with the also illustrated standard work Lexikon der Bismarckdenkmäler with the inclusion of all Bismarck monuments known worldwide up to the time of publication.
