It is located on the west side of Sieverstorstraße in Magdeburg's Alte Neustadt district . The building, which is also listed, is adjacent to Sieverstorstrasse 57 to the south .
Architecture and history
The four and a half storey building was built in 1893 by the master mason August Meurice. The builder was the master carpenter Albert Fehle. The six-axis plastered facade is representatively designed in the neo-renaissance style. The extreme left axis emerges as a flat risalit . On the first and second floor there is an arrangement of plaster strips.
In the local register of monuments , the house is listed under registration number 094 81863 as a monument .
As part of a preserved Wilhelminian era street, the house is considered to be characteristic of the street scene.
