The house at Sieverstorstrasse 57 is a listed residential and commercial building in Magdeburg in Saxony-Anhalt .

It is located on the west side of Sieverstorstraße in Magdeburg's Alte Neustadt district . To the north is the also listed building at Sieverstorstrasse 56 .
Architecture and history
The four-storey building was built in 1895 in neo -baroque style for master carpenter Albert Fehle by master mason August Meurice. The seven-axis facade is structured with plaster elements. There is stucco decor above the window openings and in the parapets. There is a bay window in front of the first and second floors of the far right axis . The bay window and the entire third floor are plastered. The entrance to the house is below the bay window. The original facade design of the two left axes has not been preserved. On the ground floor there are rooms for a shop.
The residential and commercial building is listed in the local monument register under registration number 094 81862 as a monument .
As part of a preserved Wilhelminian era street, the house is considered to be characteristic of the street scene.
