Sigismund Lobkowicz von Hassenstein
Sigismund Lobkowicz von Hassenstein († 1546 ) was a Bohemian poet and writer.
Life
He was the son of the landowner Nicholas III. Lobkowicz von Hassenstein and the Magdalena von Minicz and a nephew of the humanist and poet Bohuslaw Lobkowicz von Hassenstein (1461–1510). He was married to Bonusse Krabicze von Weitmühl (Benigna Krabicze z Weitmile).
Lobkowicz was the lord of the Pietipsy estate until 1518 . He was temporarily rector of the University of Wittenberg .
