Signal Fire is the 2013 studio album by the US singer and songwriter Dan Reed .

Emergence

Dan Reed had released his first solo album in 2010, entitled Coming Up for Air . In addition to typical instruments of pop music such as guitar , drums , bass and keyboards , violins and piano as well as some Asian instruments such as B. a Chinese harp is used.

With Signal Fire , Dan Reed returned more strongly to the field of pop and rock music, he renounced unusual instruments and timbres and only added a piano in addition to classic rock instrumentation (guitars, bass, drums).

The album was released on February 26, 2013. Reed dedicated it to his late parents, Thomas and Elizabeth Reed, his son, Joshua Thomas Reed, and his mother, Katerina Blahova.
