Sihugo Green (born August 20, 1933 in New York , † October 4, 1980 ibid) was an American basketball player in the North American NBA .

The Guard played at Duquesne University and was named All-American in 1954, 1955, and 1956. He also reached the finals of the National Invitation Tournament twice (1954, 1955) while at Duquesne University . He was then first drafted in the 1956 NBA draft by the Sacramento Kings , ahead of Bill Russell . In his career he reached the playoffs four times and won a title with the Boston Celtics . His strength was assists.
