Career

Karlengen, who starts for the Heradsbygda IL club , made her international debut as part of the Ski Jumping Continental Cup on August 21, 2009 in Lillehammer . She just missed the points in the first competition as 35th and a day later in the second competition as 34th. As a result, she did not have any points success in the jumping competitions in Norway until the end of 2010. It was not until her first Continental Cup outside her home country in Ljubno in January 2011 that she achieved the first and so far only Continental Cup points with two 26th places, which brought her 72nd place overall.

After two unsuccessful Continental Cup competitions in Trondheim in September 2011, she made her debut in the newly created women's ski jumping World Cup on November 3, 2011 . Since she clearly missed the second round and thus the points, she stayed in the Continental Cup squad for the time being. However, you did not achieve any success in this series until February 2012. Her last international competition so far was the World Cup in Oslo in March 2012, where she jumped 47th.
