Silke Torp

Silke Anke Torp (* 1969 in Bremen ) is a German lawyer and political officer . She has been State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance of the State of Schleswig-Holstein under Monika Heinold since June 2, 2020 .

Life

Torp studied law at the University of Kiel from 1988 . In 1994 she passed the first state examination . From 1997 she worked as a trainee lawyer in the district court district of Kiel. In 2000, she completed her doctorate in Kiel with a dissertation on the legal relationship between parents and their children between 1900 and 1945. She then worked as a lawyer and legal advisor.

From 2005 Torp worked in the tax administration of Schleswig-Holstein. Among other things, she was head of the coordination department in the Ministry of Finance. In April 2018 she took over the management of the large and group auditing office at the tax office for central auditing services in Kiel. Afterwards she was head of the department for regional planning and rural areas in the Ministry of Interior, Rural Areas, Integration and Equal Opportunities. Since June 2, 2020 she has been State Secretary in the Ministry of Finance of Schleswig-Holstein under Monika Heinold . Her predecessor was Silke Schneider .
