Silvio Confortola (born January 20, 1910 in Uzza, Valfurva municipality ; †) was an Italian cross-country skier .

Confortola won the bronze medal with the relay at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Chamonix in 1937 . In the following year he won the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti 133rd place over 18 km and 59th place over 50 km. At the 1948 Winter Olympics in St. Moritz , he ran in 18th place over 50 km and in sixth place with the relay. Confortola was seven times Italian champion with the relay (1938-1941, 1946, 1946, 1950).
