Simon Lutz († after 1892) was a German builder in Rosenheim .

Life

Lutz was a mason and builder in Rosenheim. On October 20, 1860, he was a co-founder of the Rosenheim volunteer fire brigade and became its first commander, which he remained until 1892.

His son was the Rosenheim master builder Max Lutz .

  • 1858/1859, Schwabering : New construction of the parish church of St. Peter based on plans by the royal Bavarian building inspector Franz Beyschlag
  • 1866, Rosenheim : New building of the boys' school ("Königschule") on Königstrasse according to the plans of Ludwig Foltz , professor at the Technical University of Munich , under the supervision of the royal Bavarian building officer Adam Nabinger .
  • 1875/1876, Rosenheim : New construction of the girls' school on Heilig-Geist-Straße
  • 1892, Rosenheim : New construction of a rifle house and shooting range with 14 modern, covered stands for the “Privileged Fire Rifle Society” on Küpferling
