Simona Cigániková (born September 3, 1998 in Považská Bystrica ) is a Slovak volleyball player.

Career

Cigániková played for Bratislava VK until 2018 . In the 2017/18 season, the middle blocker won the double of the cup and championship with the club. On August 19, 2018, she made her debut for the Slovak national team in a game against Poland . Then she moved to the German Bundesliga club VfB 91 Suhl . With Suhl, she reached the quarter-finals in the DVV Cup and ninth place in the Bundesliga in the 2018/19 season .
