Simone Schulze

Simone Schulze (born July 7, 1963 in Schmölln ) is a German politician ( CDU ) and was a member of the Thuringian state parliament from 2014 to 2019 .

education and profession

Schulze completed his training as a commercial clerk in 1982 and then worked from 1982 to 1983 in the main accounting of VEB Orwo Plast, after a parental leave from 1986 at VEB Polstermöbel Leipzig. In 1994/95 she completed a commercial IT training course. From 1995 to 1996 she worked for UPS , then as an employee in a bakery and in retail, where she was market manager from 2000 to 2002. In 2003 she started her own business with office and sales services. In addition, she worked from 2004 to 2006 and from 2009 to 2014 in the parliamentary office of Fritz Schröter .

Political career

Simone Schulze has been a member of the CDU since 2004. Among other things, she is a city councilor in Schmölln and a member of the CDU district committee in Altenburger Land . In the state elections in Thuringia in 2014 , she won the direct mandate for the CDU in the Altenburger Land I constituency and thus entered the Thuringian state parliament.
