Originally it was Sinan Toprak is the incorruptible to a single full-length television film from the pen of Ertener. Sinan Toprak only started series production in 2001 .

The title character of the series is Sinan Toprak, a German chief detective from Turkey , who not only has to solve crimes, but also has to fight against ethnically based prejudices and skeptical colleagues. Together with his assistant Holldau and the coroner Buchner it determines in murder cases in Munich high society , mainly in the residential district Grunwald play. Toprak is married with two children.
