Sir Collapse is a band from Neuss . She plays in the classic rock line-up with vocals, guitar, bass and drums. Stylistically it is assigned to alternative rock .
history
In the fall of 2013, Martin Herrmann, Philipp Krach and Lukas Küppers started a casual jam project. With the entry of Dennis Özmen, the quartet developed into a permanent band. The formation has been live since the first concert in summer 2014 and has released a demo, an EP and an album since it was founded.
style
The band itself describes their style simply as alternative rock , in which the various influences of the musicians are processed. Elements of grunge , noise rock and, to a certain extent, stoner rock and punk emerge. Not least because of the live recorded instrumental tracks on the album, the overall sound is significantly rougher and more dynamic than on the previous audio track Citrate .
