The Siren Bay (English for Sirens' Bay ) is a small bay on the Pennell Coast in the north of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It lies between the ice sheets at the mouth of Shipley Glacier and the northwest side of Flat Island .
The northern group led by Victor Campbell on the British Terra Nova Expedition (1910-1913) of the British polar explorer Robert Falcon Scott mapped them. It was named after a supposed ship siren that the group believed they heard during the survey work.
