The Sirius Knoll is a striking, icy and 1010 m high mountain in Grahamland on the Antarctic Peninsula . It marks the northeast end of the Detroit Plateau in the center of the Trinity Peninsula .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey mapped it in 1946 and named it after the double star Sirius in the constellation of the Big Dog .
