Skakligaen 2004/05

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The 2004/05 season was the first season of the Skakligaen and the 43rd edition of the Danish team championship in chess .

The defending champion Helsinge Skakklub won all competitions and was superior Danish champion. The Helsingør Skakklub and Nordre Skakklub were promoted from the 2nd division . Both promoted teams achieved relegation, but Nordre benefited from the fact that the Skakligaen was increased to 10 teams for the 2005/06 season and therefore, exceptionally, only one team was relegated. The only relegated was the Skakklubben K41 , which was deducted two board points due to the use of ineligible players. For the reported team squads, see the team squad of the Skakligaen 2004/05 .

Game dates

The competitions were held on November 6 and 7, 2004, December 5, 2004, January 16, 2005, February 6, 2005, March 5 and 6, 2005. In the first two rounds there were two competitions in Brønshøj and in Århus held, the last two rounds were organized centrally in Valby , the rest decentralized with the clubs involved.
