The Skaly Obzornye ( transliteration from Russian Скалы Обзорные Skaly Obsornyje , German 'observation rocks ' ) are a group of rocky outcrops in the East Antarctic Enderbyland . They tower southeast of the Hays glacier .
Russian scientists named them.
