The Skeleton World Youth Championship in 2018 was the 16th staging of the Skeleton World Youth Championship and took place between 23 January and 25 January 2018, together with the Bob World Youth Championship in 2019, on the Olympia Bob Run St. Moritz-Celerina in St. Moritz instead . While the German skeleton pilot Anna Fernstädt won her first junior world title in the women's category, the Russian Nikita Tregubow secured his fourth overall junior world title in the men's category .
