The Skeuothek des Philon ( Greek  σκευοθήκη ) was designed by the architect Philon of Eleusis and built around 330 BC. A fleet arsenal built in the Athens port of Piraeus , in which equipment for around 400 ships could be stored.

It was a three-aisled building. The two-story aisles contained sails stored in chests on the lower story , while the ropes were stored in shelves on the upper story . The building had 33 windows on each long side and 3 windows on each narrow side. There were also ventilation slots.

The building was in the first Mithridatic war 86 BC. Destroyed by Sulla during the capture of Athens.
