Ski company Kondratas
Skirma Kondratas (* 1944 in Vilkaviškis ) is a Lithuanian former politician .
Life
In 1949 Skirma came to the USA with her parents. She studied at Norwood High School. She graduated in history at Harvard University in the United States . She worked as an educator, translator, project worker in the social field, advisor to the Prime Minister of Lithuania Andrius Kubilius , as a project manager at Pilietinės visuomenės institutas in the project “Lietuva be atskirties ir skurdo”, advisor to President Valdas Adamkus , in the administration of the US governments with Ronald Reagan and George HW Bush .
From February 2010 to February 2011 she was Deputy Minister at the Ministry of Social Affairs of Lithuania ; her successor was Dalius Bitaitis . She was the deputy of Donatas Jankauskas in the cabinet of Kubilius II . Since 2011 she has been a board member of the "Heifer International" foundation in Arkansas .
She is married and has two kids.
