The Slatina Peak (English; Bulgarian връх Слатина wrach Slatina ) is a 1750 m high mountain on Smith Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Imeon Range, it rises 2 km northeast of Antim Peak and 1.9 km south of Drinov Peak . The Tschuprene Glacier is to the northwest, the Kriwodol Glacier to the southwest and south of it.
Bulgarian scientists mapped it in 2008. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in the same year after Bulgarian places in the vicinity of Montana , Lovech , Plovdiv , Silistra and a district of Sofia .
