Slow Club is a music duo from Great Britain founded in 2006. Rebecca Taylor and Charles Watson are both from Sheffield and had previously played together in The Lonely Hearts .

The band's music is assigned to the genres Twee and Antifolk and is characterized by acoustic arrangements with polyphonic singing and numerous percussion elements.

The band has since 2007 with the British Independent - label Moshi Moshi Records under contract. After numerous single releases and collaborations with label colleagues such as Au Revoir Simone and Tilly and the Wall , the debut album Yeah So was released in 2009 . Her second studio album Paradise was released on September 12, 2011.
