The Slow Fork is the right source river of the East Fork Kuskokwim River in Alaska (USA).

The Slow Fork rises at a height of about 400  m in the southeast of the Slow Fork Hills . The river initially flows north. Later he turns to the northwest and finally to the west. It flows around the hill country of the Slow Fork Hills in the Kuskokwim Tanana Plain . The slow fork meets the Tonzona River, which runs further south, after about 120 km . The two rivers form a network of several river arms, which ultimately unite to form the East Fork Kuskokwim River. The slow fork (English for "slowly flowing source river") forms countless river loops and oxbow lakes along its course and branches off in parts into several river arms. The catchment area of the Slow Fork extends exclusively over the lowlands, while the Tonzona River is fed by the glaciers of the Alaska range .
