Slovene Studies
The Slowenistik or Slovenistik is the science that with the Slovenian language is concerned, and is therefore a branch of Slavic Studies .
Tasks of Slovene Studies
Slovene Studies deals with Slovene in both literary and linguistic terms, for example providing information on the phonology, morphology and dialectology of the Slovene language.
Slovenian Studies Today
Today there are numerous universities outside Slovenia where it is possible to study the Slovenian language. At individual institutes there is even a further offer:
