Philip Charles Lithman
Philip Charles Lithman (born June 17, 1949 in London , † July 1, 1987 in Linz , Austria ), called Snakefinger , was a British guitarist and singer .
biography
Snakefinger became known through his collaboration with the Residents . He also published his own productions, including with his band Chilli Willi and the Red Hot Peppers, which existed from 1972 to 1975, and later with the Vestal Virgins .
On the day his single There's No Justice in Life was released in 1987, Lithman died in a guest room at the Posthof in Linz - one day before his planned appearance at the Posthof.
