So! Muncu! was a talk show with Serdar Somuncu that was broadcast every last Friday of the month on n-tv at 10:15 p.m. According to Somuncu, it should deliberately be a break with the talk show tradition. The first broadcast took place on October 3, 2015. The program was discontinued at the end of 2019.
controversy
At the end of February 2017, n-tv decided at short notice to install an episode So! Muncu! not to broadcast. In the show there were several fake news clips marked with “Breaking News” , “which would have confused viewers,” said the broadcaster. In an interview with Spiegel Online , Somuncu said:
“First of all, we are living in a post-Varoufakis fake time. And secondly, I think that we in Germany are now more satirical than many other countries [...] You have to notice that "
