Sofie Lassen-Kahlke

Sofie Katrine Lassen-Kahlke (born July 18, 1979 ) is a Danish actress .

Sofie Lassen-Kahlke was born in Denmark as the elder of two daughters of a lawyer couple. Since she was undecided in her career choice, she initially studied law before turning to acting. She was discovered by the producer Regner Grasten. The passionate golfer made her debut in 1994 in the film Vildbassen . In 1998 she attended an acting school in Hollywood . In the same year she made her professional breakthrough in the Danish TV series Brödrene Mortensens jul . In 2013 and 2014 she read the Danish scoring at the Eurovision Song Contest .

Sofie Lassen-Kahlke has been married to the helicopter pilot Hans Poul Petersen since 2012 and has two children.
