Sollach is a district of the municipality of Valley in the Upper Bavarian district of Miesbach . The village is about two kilometers north of Valley. It can be reached via the district road MB 3 .
history
The oldest mention of Sollach can be found in a Tegernsee document under the name "Solouuan". There it is reported that a knight Petto von Solouuan is transferring a serf Irmpurch as a debtor. The document is dated between 1078 and 1091.
The earliest entry in the Sollach church records concerns the baptism of Elisabeth Mair on December 19, 1605.
