Sollicitudo omnium ecclesiarum (Paul VI.)

Pope Paul VI regulated in his papal letter Sollicitudo omnium ecclesiarum , which he published on June 24, 1969 in the form of a motu proprio , the duties and service of the papal legates . The reason for this new regulation was based on the dogmatic constitution Lumen Gentium on the Church of the Second Vatican Council , which on November 21, 1964 by Paul VI. was promulgated .
