Solomon Afful (born July 28, 1994 in Accra ) is a Ghanaian sprinter who specializes in the 100 m and 200 m run.
At the Junior World Championships in 2012 he reached the semifinals over 200 meters and competed in the 4 × 400 meter relay . At the 2014 Commonwealth Games , he did not get past the opening run in the 100, 200 or season .
At the African Championships in 2014 , he reached the semifinals in both the 100 and 200 meters and won a silver medal in the 4 × 100 meter relay. Then he won a bronze medal in the 4 × 100 meter relay at the 2015 African Games .
His personal best is 10.39 seconds on the 100 meters, which he achieved in Hutchinson in May 2015. In the 200 meters he achieved a time of 20.68 seconds in El Dorado in May 2015. This time was counted by the IAAF despite a lack of wind information.
