The Sony Ericsson G900 is a smartphone from Sony Ericsson . It is the successor to the G700. The “G” in the name describes a cell phone from the “Generation Web” series.

Basic data

Like its sister model, the G700, the smartphone comes with a Symbian UIQ operating system.

The 2.4 ″ display is a full-fledged touchscreen that can be operated with the included stylus as well as with the fingers and is able to display up to 262,144 colors.

On the back at the upper end there is an LED lamp and a 4.92 megapixel camera that can take pictures with a resolution of 2,560 × 1,920 pixels and videos with 320 × 240 pixels ( QVGA ). Another camera is attached to the front above the display for video calls.

The 160 MB internal memory can be expanded with Memory Stick Micro M2 cards.

software

The Symbian OS v9.1 operating system with UIQ 3.0, an Opera web browser and a small office package for opening and editing documents are installed on the smartphone . However, the range of functions of the package is significantly slimmed down than z. B. MS Office on a PC and can not be compared with this. More functions:
