Assortment (butcher shop)

An assortment refers to all products that are offered in butcher shops or corresponding retail establishments .

The range is divided into the basic range and the additional range with merchandise and supplies.

The basic range includes meat , sausage , deli , kitchen-ready products, meat products , snack products , meats and hot food .

The assortment includes goods that are intended to complement meat and sausage dishes. In addition, ready-to-cook and / or ready-to-serve dishes to make kitchen work easier (see Convenience Food ). Examples include: poultry , cheese and dairy products , eggs , vegetables , canned goods and beverages .
