The Frankfurt (Oder) Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of four social courts in Brandenburg and has its seat in Frankfurt (Oder) .

Courthouse

The court building of the social court in Frankfurt (Oder) is located at Eisenhüttenstädter Chaussee 48 .

Judicial district and higher courts

The Frankfurt (Oder) social court is locally responsible for the Märkisch-Oderland district , the Oder-Spree district and the Barnim district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .

At the state level, the Berlin-Brandenburg State Social Court in Potsdam is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
