Cottbus Social Court
The Cottbus Social Court is a social justice court . The court is one of four social courts in Brandenburg and has its seat in Cottbus .
Courthouse
The court building of the Cottbus Social Court is located at Vom-Stein-Straße 28 . The building is located in a former barracks in the Von-Stein-Straße 26-29 area, Von-Schön-Straße 9. This ensemble is listed.
Judicial district and higher courts
The Cottbus Social Court is locally responsible for the Dahme-Spreewald district , the Elbe-Elster district , the Oberspreewald-Lausitz district and the Spree-Neiße district. The factual jurisdiction results from the Social Court Act .
At the state level, the Berlin-Brandenburg State Social Court in Potsdam is the higher-level court. The Federal Social Court , located in Kassel, is superordinate to this.
